The Serious Stuff
We would love to have you own one, or maybe two, of our beautiful and healthy puppies. We go through a rigorous application process because we are serious about our breeding program. We are aware that those who don't mind the time and effort we place on this process, have good intentions.

Need-to-Know
- The $500 deposit fee is non-refundable. This will go toward the buyer's remaining balance.

- We are unable to refund the deposit fee in case of cancellation, for whatever reason, as your reservation of a puppy has placed the puppy on-hold and unavailable. This has prevented other interested clients to purchase the puppy. This will delay the puppy from finding their forever homes and will require us to undergo another application process that may take some time.

- Presently, we sell our puppies to "pet-only" homes. Price for puppies with breeding rights will be an additional amount. If you are interested in breeding the puppy, please let us know. We may make accommodations if the puppy is determined to be a good candidate for breeding.

- We request that buyers use the puppy for the intent it was purchased. Pet-only puppies are not to be used for breeding purposes. We practice preservation breeding and only the best specimens should be allowed to breed.

- Our contract states if the dog is being sold as a pet it will not be used for the purposes of breeding. We may choose to withhold papers until proof of spay/neuter is received.

- Legal action will be enforced when a breach in contract is found. A pet-only dog found to have been bred will incur a penalty of 5 times the purchase price of the puppy bought from us plus an additional fee of $2500 per puppy produced by the purchased puppy.

- Puppy packets will be emailed a few weeks in advance of pick-up date. It will include proof of instruction on preventing unplanned litter/s and recommended age for spay/neuter.
